Tennis is not only a really fun sport to play, it is also a great workout to do outdoors and at the same time an easy way to meet new people. Everyone will understand how to achieve physical fitness on the tennis court, but mental fitness is also achieved through tennis. Mental fitness is understood to mean: being able to handle your loss, staying honest when things get tense and being able to take initiative. It is so simple, but they are learning paths that can last a lifetime. I can show you what tennis has to offer in terms of physical and mental fitness.
The purpose of my tennis lessons is mainly to use the right tools, with which you will enjoy playing tennis. You learn to execute all strokes to perfection and to gain insight into how a tennis match should be played. Through the experience with my own children, Pascal and Sophie, both studying at GSU University Division 1 in Georgia, I can guide you through the transition process to US college tennis.

Tennis clinic is given on location, lasts 3 hours and is recommended if you want to get acquainted with tennis, or if you want to improve your current tennis level. Through tennis exercises on the court you become aware of your own game type, effective tactics and strategy and you get tips to further improve your game. Tennis clinic concludes with a 60-minute sports massage on location. For groups or individually.
