This method was developed by JOSEPH PILATES, who has become world famous for this. Pilates consists of 39 exercises, which are aimed at preventing injuries and helping injuries recover faster. It is suitable for young and old, man and woman, novice or professional athletes. Physiotherapists worldwide use the Pilates method as a supplement to regular treatments.
